Brick Astly is a performance art character I created on twitter spaces who also specializes in brick art. Through the bricks and intensity of shadows, placements and what the bricks are doing I can convey the human emotions I feel or want to communicate. We wear masks in our daily lives. Work masks, social life masks, familial masks, self masks. Stripping those masks away and using basic bricks, strips away all the outside influences to strike directly at emotions and essence of what it means to be human.
